O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in civil disputes.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, a case in Crime No.38 of 2023 was registered against the four persons, in which, this petitioner is arrayed as second accused for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 427, 379 and 506(i) of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. In view of the registration of First Information Report in Crime No.38 of 2023, dated 16.04.2023, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this matter. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
