Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in M.H.S.Confdl.No.82/2016 dated 08.07.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu by name Mayandi, son of Chellappa Thevar, aged about 36 years now detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
