ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondents not to implement the project connecting the Thiruthalaiyur Tank to Thiruthiyamalai Tank in Trichy District, without proper scientific study.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as of now the project is not commenced and the scientific state is undertaken by the experts.
