Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner's grievance appears to be that the revenue records particularly, Adangal, 'A' Register and FMB sketch in respect of the petition mentioned land is defective. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents clarifies that the defect has been rectified. The fifth respondent is directed to serve the copies of the corrected revenue records to the petitioner as early as possible.
3.With this direction to the fifth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
