PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the petitioners' to enjoy the agricultural lands which are the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru, on the basis of the interim injunction order granted in I.A.No.241 of 2019.

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the petitioners' to enjoy the agricultural lands, which are the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru, on the basis of the interim injunction order granted in I.A.No.241 of 2019.

2.Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.9720 of 2020 instructions, would submit that upon the receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No01/2020/MDU/PS and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. Further, if necessary, the second respondent Police is ready to give necessary police protection to the petitioner.

3. Hence, recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
