PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1075 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who were arrested on 30.12.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 29(1)of NDPS Act in Crime No.1075 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 2802 of 2021 was dismissed on 30.03.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the final report has been filed in this case and Non Bailable Warrant is pending against some of the accused, hence there is no progress in the trial, therefore he seeks bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that first petitioner is having six previous cases and the second petitioner is having 11 previous cases.
5. It is seen from the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that case is pending without any progress.
6. In the result, the petition stands dismissed. However taking into consideration the custody of the petitioners, this Court directs the learned trial Judge to take steps to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the absconding accused and proceed with the trial, if necessary by splitting up the case against the petitioners.
