O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of FIR No.45 of 2023 from the file of 2nd respondent to some other police officer of the same rank.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that it is a case and counter case and the investigation in this Crime number has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the accused has not been arrested in spite of the fact that the petitioner has sustained grievous injuries.

4. Perusal of the final report shows that the accused was arrested and later, released on bail by the Court below. If the petitioner got any grievance he can work out the remedy in the pending trial process.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
