ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner has sought production of his daughter namely Suriya aged about 22 years.

3.The detenue has been produced by the second respondent today. She is accompanied by the third respondent. The detenue informs of having left the parental home on her own accord and having married the third respondent. She informed that she wish to remain in the company of the third respondent. The petitioner and his wife had been informed of the detenue's desire and also had been given some time to interact with her, which they did. Thereafter, the petitioner and his wife were distressed that the detenue chose to be remained in the company of the third respondent.

4.Recording the said position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
