ORDER
****** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition on allegation that his wife and children are in illegal custody of the third respondent.
2. The detenues are not an illegal custody. The son of the petitioner is not prepared to go with him.
3. The scope of Habeas Corpus Petition is very limited. Since the detenues are not in illegal custody, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition .
