This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.63/2018, dated 22.02.2018 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the Final Report will be filed within a period of three months.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the 2nd respondent, police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.63 of 2018, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
