This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.100 of 2013, on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the Final Report will be filed within a period of three months.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.100 of 2013, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
