O R D E R

This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his wife, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the prosecution would submit that against the petitioner one complaint has been received from his own mother. In this regard, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police wanted to hold an enquiry.

3. Now, the petitioner undertakes to appear before the second respondent on 02.08.2018 at 10.30 a.m., If the second respondent police proposes to register First Information Report against the petitioner, the second respondent shall give notice under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C., so that the petitioner will have adequate time for filing an anticipatory bail petition.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly ordered.
