This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the complaints of the petitioner Page No. 1 of 4

dated 02.02.2025, 13.03.2025 and 27.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Sumathi before the 2nd respondent on 02.02.2025, but no action was taken. Again, he sent representations on 13.03.2025 and 27.03.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Sumathi without mentioning correct address. Similarly, the said Sumathi has also lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Both the complaints are under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within fifteen days.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner and another complaint was pending against the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaints of Page No. 2 of 4

both the parties and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
