The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to accept annual account and accompanying documents dated 05.07.2025 under Section 6 of the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. The said request were made on 05.07.2025 and the petitioner's grievance is that the said request has not been considered as on today.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered provided the petitioner furnishes Form VII.

3.Whether the petitioner is required to produce Form VII for acceptance of annual account and accompanying document is the matter which requires to be considered by the respondent. 2/4

4.Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the request dated 05.07.2025 made by the petitioner for acceptance of annual account and accompanying document and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.There shall be no orders as to Costs.
