This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the State.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that upon the complaint given by the fifth respondent, the third respondent herein conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.438 of 2020 and thereafter, the same has been closed. CRL OP(MD)No.9724 of 2020 4.Therefore, in the absence of complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
