Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.06.2015 in connection with vaikasi festival to be held on 12.06.2015 and 13.06.2015 in Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman Kovil at Karuppur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Petitioner in both the Writ Petitions are brothers. It appears that there is dispute between the petitioners with regard to conduct of festival in Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman Thirukovil situated at Karupoor Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. Peace committee meeting is also proposed to be held on 11.06.2015 at 04.00 p.m.

3. The inter se dispute between the petitioner in both the Writ Petitions, cannot be decided in these Writ Petitions. Hence, the petitioners are directed to appear before the peace committee meeting and based upon the same, the respondent police will have to give adequate police protection. The Tahsildar concerned will have to take into consideration the fact that the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.9428 of 2015 has got no objection in permitting the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.9311 of 2015 to participate in the temple festival.
