(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.309, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E3) Department, dated 24.08.2016, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.

2. In view of the order dated 24.08.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
