: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records from the second respondent in connection with the detention order in Detention Order No.17/2016, dated 02.07.2016, detaining Jegan @ Jeyapandi, S/o.Thangam @ Kuruvi, aged about 26 years, as a Goonda, under the Tami Nadu Act 14 of 1982, and set aside the same and direct the respondents to secure and produce the body or person of the said detenu, before this Court, now lodged in Central Prison, Maduari and set him at liberty.
