O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she was taken by the third respondent. Subsequently, she informed the petitioner about her whereabouts and thereafter, she was secured by the police.

2. We have examined the petitioner also. The detenu wanted to go with the petitioner, who is none other than her biological father.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
