The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 30.04.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.11046/2019.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in Letter No.3080/Pa.Ka.6 (2).2021-3, dated 23.07.2021, rejecting the request of the petitioner on the ground that as per the decision of the Full Bench judgment of this Court dated 09.12.2016, passed in Review Aplns. No.227 of 2015 etc., the cut off date for entertaining the Writ Petition is fixed on and from 09.12.2016. The present Writ Petition has been filed subsequent to the said cut off date.
