ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.07.2021 and the requisition letter of the I Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, vide letter in D.No.538/2022, dated 07/06/2022, and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.319 of 2020. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 20.07.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.319 of 2020 as per the direction given in Crl.OP(MD)No.9561 of 2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 07.06.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.319 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
