ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is the brother-in-law of the first respondent and the second petitioner is the wife of the first petitioner and they have been roped into the proceedings and therefore, their presence may be dispensed with. 3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the presence of the petitioners before the Court concerned is dispensed with. The petitioners shall be represented by an Advocate before the Trial Court. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when required.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
