ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) We have perused the counter-affidavit filed by the third respondent. According to the Inspector of Police, the detenu was arrested in connection with the case in Crime No.131 of 2016 on the file of Sivagiri Police Station. He was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. The learned Magistrate remanded him to judicial custody.

2. The affidavit filed by the third respondent indicates that the detenu is not in illegal custody. We, therefore, close the Habeas Corpus Petition.
