respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.5.2015 as well as the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 27.4.2013 in Na.Ka.A1/4460/2012 to correct the patta entry in the property in survey no.1939/30 situate at M. ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to correct the patta entry in the property of the petitioner in survey no.1939/30 situate at M. Duraisamypuram village Virudhunagar District. In this regard, the second respondent has also passed an order dated 27.04.2013.
2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondentss.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be
considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.05.2015, in tune with the order of the second respondent dated 27.04.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
