This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of any investigation. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the State.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that in earlier, upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.285 of 2020 and the same has been closed on 23.03.2020. He further submitted that as of now, no petition/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
