This petition has been filed to direct the official respondents not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.490 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry it was found that it is purely civil dispute and there is business transaction between them and on that ground it was closed by directing the fourth respondent to approach the District Crime Branch for appropriate action since no enquiry is pending against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent.
