Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. LL2/35034/2015 dated 12.01.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to promote the Petitioner as Forest Watcher on par with other Anti Poaching Watchers those who were promoted as Forest Watchers as per the Proceeding of the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.LL2/35034/2015 dated 28.04.2017 Rule 5 of Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Service Rules with all monetary benefits and for other reliefs.

O R D E R
The order impugned dated 12.01.2018 states that the petitioner was not selected for promotion to the post of Forest Watcher on account of his disqualification. The petitioner was not having the required height for selection to the post of Forest Watcher.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation and retired from service.
3.This being the factum, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief at this time and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
