ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent authorities to pass orders on her layout application. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as early as on 14.10.2020, the petitioner's application has been returned citing certain defects. It is stated that the said communication was sent through ordinary post. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner did not receive the same. Be that as it may, a copy of the same is now handed over to the 2/4

petitioner's counsel. It is for the petitioner to rectify the same. On such representation by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the respondents within a period of six weeks thereafter. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
