This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent to approve the proposals of the Panchayat in the resolutions passed on 10.04.2015 and 28.04.2015 taking away the cheque signing power of the fifth respondent as a co-signatory and vesting the cheque signing power with the fourth petitioner as a co-signatory with the fourth respondent respectively.

2. Inview of the order passed in W.P(MD) No.10784 of 2016, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
