"This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the orders of this Court made in Crl.R.C(MD)No.268 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit 40% of the compensation amount before the trial Court on or before 03.04.2025.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the records. 3.Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time till 08.05.2025.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to deposit 40% of the compensation amount on or before 08.05.2025 before the concerned Court. No further time will be granted."
