O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The first respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she is presently residing along with her grandmother at Trichy.

2. The mother of the detenu also appeared before us. She informed us that the detenu left the home on account of the compulsion of the near relatives of the petitioner to marry his aunt's son. The detenu is not prepared to marry him and as such she left the home.

3. The detenu informed us that she wanted to reside with her grandmother.

4. The mother of the detenu, who is present in Court, agreed to take the detenu and hand over the custody to her grandmother, who is now at Trichy.

5. The custody of the detenu is handed over to Mrs.Ruby, who is the biological mother of the detenu.
