Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in his letter 3/2018-19 dated 27.02.2019 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents alter the way of the wind mill electricity line from out of village namely Palanaidupuram, Kambiliyampatti Village, Dindigul District For Petitioner : Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar For Respondents : Mr.M.Gangatharan Government Advocate for R1 to R 3 :Mr.B.Chakkaravarthi for R4 :Mr.K.Guhan for R5
ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the fourth respondent wherein the permission has been granted to the fifth respondent to draw electricity line. 2.A perusal of the records reveals that the fourth respondent has granted permission to the private wind mill operator to draw electricity line. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submits that the lines have been drawn in the year 2019 itself and it is functioning without any objection from any one of the villagers.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent has received written instruction on 02.02.2026 to the effect that the poles have been erected only on the road margin without affecting access or causing any disturbance to the general public of the village. 5.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
