ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C in Crime No.50 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.This Court had dismissed the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application, since serious allegations were made against the petitioner. This Court did not dismiss the earlier application on the ground that the victim was still in hospital. But taking note of the specific overt act attributed to the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstance, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.
