W.P.(MD) Nos.11471 & 11472 of 2019 (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.03.1993. The cut of date fixed by the Hon'ble Full Bench is 09.12.2016. However, the Hon'ble Full Bench made it very clear that belated claims made in this regard deserve no merit consideration. In view of the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Full Bench, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners are not entitled for the relief of extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.216, dated 22.03.1993.

2.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
