Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue namely Ramesh, aged about 28 years, son of Karumalayandi before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that the respondents 1 and 2 have been keeping one Mr.Ramesh, S/o.Karumalaiyandi, aged 24 years under illegal detention.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Mr.Ramesh was once called for enquiry and he was not detained. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Mr.Ramesh has returned home.

4. Thus, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
