Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the Impugned Notice dated Nil, under Proceedings No. Nil, on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to classifying the petitioner tenant as encroacher by mandating the petitioner to be evicted from D.No.853, Vannakuttai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Road, Meemisal Village, Pudukottai District and to quash the same as illegal and further direct the 2nd respondent to regularize the tenancy of the petitioner in the manner known to Law. Prayer in WP(MD). 10256/ 2016 :

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that the petitioners have not filed affidavits for getting the reliefs sought therein and therefore these petitions are dismissed.
