O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the disobedience of the respondents in complying the order dated 20.12.2019 in W.P.(MD)No.27111 of 2019 in true letter and spirit.

2. Though the respondents gave undertaking before this Court on 10.03.2023 and 06.07.2023 stating that they will comply the order of the Court, it is not complied with. A Statutory Notice was issued to the respondents on 06.07.2023 to appear before this Court personally. On behalf of the respondents, counter affidavits have been filed.

3. During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with and approval is granted by proceedings dated 26.07.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.
