ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Cr.No.44 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner and four others for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
