O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate legal actions based on his representations dated 19.02.2024 and 18.03.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was enquired in C.No.86/G5t6/2024 and the same was also closed.

3.However, the petitioner has alternative remedies under Sections 154(3) and 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the Superintendent of Police as well as the learned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc batch, dated 20.09.2018. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy which is available under the Act. No costs.
