Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.451/A/2015 dated 16.04.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim to change the date of birth as 09.06.1999 in stead of 09.06.1998 in the petitioner's Transfer Certificate and 10th Mark sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.
