O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that the third respondent took her to Dindigul and Coimbatore. The police secured her and produced before this Court.

2. The detenu is a minor. The petitioner is given custody of the minor, taking into account the fact that she is the biological mother.
