ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue, namely, Maruthvalli, aged about 16 years. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to secure her daughter, Maruthavalli. It is alleged that her daughter had been found missing from 25.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Today, the 2nd respondent has produced the minor girl before this Court. The parents, namely, the petitioner and her husband are before present before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is willing to go along with her parents. 3.Recording the submission, this petition is closed.
