The present petition is filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the rights of the petitioner's club, K.R.S.Sugunan Manamagil Club K.Neduvayal, at No.14, S.Pudur Street, K.Naduvayal, Neduvayal Post, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that no complaint is lodged against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11581 of 2020 and they are not interfering with the activities of the petitioner's club.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
