ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondents are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's wife and mother are accused in several cases and hence, the third respondent Police went to the house of the petitioner to search them. He further submits that the petitioner's father has also filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8446 of 2024 for the very same relief and the same was closed by this Court on 11.06.2024. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant any relief.
