ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, is in custody since 22.06.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 417, 506(i) IPC and Sections 5(1)(5)(N) and Section 6 of POSCO Act, 2012, in Crime No.15 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police and seeks bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3. This Court went through the contents of the submission recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., given by the victim. The victim is studying 10th standard. The petitioner is aged about 34 years and he is the brother in-law of the victim. The conduct of the petitioner is atrocious. If he is given bail certainly threaten the petitioner, because, the sister of the victim is the petitioner's wife. The Lab report has to be obtained from the Forensic Laboratory, Madurai.
4. The Forensic Laboratory, Madurai is directed to make available and issue the report in question within 7 days from the date of reciept of a copy of this order. Today, the Inspector of Police, All women Police Station, Theni, present before me in person and submits that within 7 days after the report received, she will be in a position to file a final report.

5. Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
