ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.190 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 from the 2nd respondent herein and transfer the same to any other investigation agency to conduct fair investigation and file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped, regarding which RCS notice was also served to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 2/4
