Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.3988/A1/2010 dated 30.09.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the promotion of the petitioner as Tamil Pandit in the 3rd respondent management if necessary by reviving the post of Tamil Pandit and confer all the consequential benefits. Cont P(MD).No.751 of 2020 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order of this Court, dated 21.10.2019, the State has preferred a Writ Appeal before the Division Bench of this Court, wherein, the Division Bench has granted an order of interim stay.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
