ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to measure the property in S.No.21/10A of Villiseri Village, Kovilpatti Taluk in patta No.1289 and subdivide the land and issue a separate patta to the petitioner for the lands possessed by her.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the property in S.No.21/10A of Villiseri Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, belongs to her, to which, there are no rival claims nor any suit is pending. Hence, the petitioner has sought for a patta on the basis of herc representations dated 24.06.2014 and 16.04.2015.

3. The Mr.M.Murugan, learned Govt.Advocate , on instruction, would submit that, the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2014 and 16.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
