2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents seeks one month time to complete the investigation and file a final report.

3. Recording the same, the Second respondent/ the Inspector of Police, Keelavalavu Police Station, Madurai District, is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
