ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) One Mrs.N.Vijayalakshmi, mother of the detenu, has filed this petition alleging that her son, namely, Yogeswaran, was taken by the third respondent and he is in her custody. Hence a complaint came to be lodged. Since, the detenu has not been secured, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.07.2016, the detenu was produced before this Court and this Court enquired the detenu. Since the detenu was not prepared to go with the petitioner herein, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. It is reported that mediation was conducted and a report has been filed before this Court on 25.10.2016 stating that mediation could not succeed, since the detenu was not willing to go with the petitioner. In view of the mediation report, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to go before the civil Court for the custody of the detenu.
